The deluxe reissue of Gregg Allman's first album, 1973's Laid Back, comes out this Friday. Here's a bonus track from the companion album, The Gregg Allman Tour. It's an acoustic version of The Allman Brothers Band song Sweet Melissa that was captured during a Gregg Allman show at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, New Jersey back in 1974!
The 2 CD and digital versions of the reissue feature 26 bonus tracks plus the original remastered album. It's also available in a couple different vinyl options.
Of course Gregg Allman passed away on May 27, 2017 at the age of 69.
