Florida deputies arrested a suspect for theft after he allegedly stole a jet ski, but they couldn't clearly catch him on foot... so, they borrowed a family's boat.
A family getting ready to head out on their boat let the deputies borrow it to catch the thief, who was just floating on the jet ski because it would not start. .
Video shows deputies approaching Ronald Williams with a gun drawn and telling him to put his hands up. Deputies ordered Williams to swim to the boat but he said he didn't know how to swim. So, they had to throw a rope to him and pull him towards the boat on the jet ski.
