A woman was arrested after she allegedly crashed a wedding in Brevard County on Sunday and refused to leave.
Satellite Beach police responded to the wedding after an uninvited guest started causing a scene and getting physically violent with people in attendance.
The uninvited guest was later identified as Gloria Ines Colwell, 52. Colwell allegedly got in the face of the person who called police and “got verbally aggressive to the point of almost physical violence,” police said.
The groom told officers that Colwell got beer and food and got in his face, becoming verbally aggressive when he asked her to leave because she was not invited.
Multiple people asked Colwell to leave, but she refused, officers said.
When an officer tried to put Colwell in handcuffs, she allegedly resisted and refused to comply with the officer’s orders.
She also refused to give her name to the police, but she was ultimately identified.
Colwell is facing charges of disorderly conduct, trespassing, and two counts of resisting an officer without violence, according to ABC affiliate WFTV
