If you learn anything from this story, let it be this: never, ever leave home without a 12-pack.

A 53-year-old rancher named Frank Reynolds found himself in quite the predicament after he rolled his ATV, dislocating his shoulder and breaking several ribs. He was pinned underneath the off-road vehicle and in a lot of pain.

According to reports, Reynolds was so far out in the fields, no one could hear him. He even attempted to blow the horn on the ATV's handle, but no one could hear the honking.

Luckily, he did have some bottled water and a 12-pack of Keystone Light on hand, which ultimately kept him alive.

Reynolds waited two days for someone to find him, staying hydrated by drinking the water and Keystone Light.

Eventually, Reynolds’ friends and family tracked him down and immediately transported him to a local hospital.

“It was scary as hell is what it was,” Reynolds told a local news source from his hospital room. “Everything on the left side pretty much hurt, from the top of my head to my toes.”

Reynolds is expected to make a full recovery.
