A video showing a London man lunging at a police officer with a 4-foot sword is circulating online.
Footage from the police bodycam shows Anthony Browne, 63, leaping at an officer in his home in Dagenham, London. Police arrived at the home after receiving reports of a disturbance on November 30, 2020.
Browne was sitting at the table as the officer started approaching. All of a sudden, Browne gets up out of his chair, pulls out a sword, and chases the officers out of the room.
The officer quickly pulled out his stun gun and started yelling at the man "on your knees."
According to reports, Browne broke the officer's hand and partially severed a finger with his sword during the attack.
Browne was sentenced to seven years and four months in jail.
