Phase 3 means bars in some Florida counties are reopening for the first time since March.
Abe Dababneh says he reopened his West Palm Beach cigar bar, Smoke Inn, almost immediately after the governor's announcement on Friday.
"Everybody has a right to work. What a great thing!"
Rodney Mayo was happy he could start reopening his establishments, including the Respectable Street nightclub...but said it won't be easy because the piles have been piling up.
"We're three or four months behind. The landlords are just working with us, waiting for this day."
Miami-Dade and Broward Counties also kept their bars closed until Friday.
