Gene Simmons Sued for Grabbing Woman's Crotch During Photo Op

KISS bassist Gene Simmons is being sued for inappropriately touching a woman during a photo op in 2016.

The woman — identified as "Jane Doe" in the documents — claims she was working as a dishwasher at one of Simmons' Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016 when the rocker was visiting the restaurant. She says Simmons' manager and her coworkers encouraged her to take a photo with the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, TMZ reports

The lawsuit states he was encouraged to move closer to Simmons, but when she did Gene allegedly "reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina completely covering it."

Simmons is also accused of acting in a "sexually charged" manner to other women during the visit, touching their hands and encouraging them to unbutton their shirts.

She says she has a photo of Simmons' alleged misconduct with her.

Simmons has already been accused of harassment several times in the past year. He settled a misconduct lawsuit with a journalist earlier this year.

News of the latest litigation came out as Simmons grieved the death of his mother, Flóra Klein, who died Thursday at age 92.
