Palm Beach County's tourism officials are working to lure more international tourists here. Filming has been going on this week at several locations of interest to people from South America, and someone from Germany will be visiting City Place, the Gardens Mall, the Royal Poinciana Chapel in Palm Beach and Riverbend Park in Jupiter on Wednesday, with video cameras rolling.
Two-minute videos featuring hosts at local attractions will be aimed at folks in other countries.
11.5 million overseas travelers came to Florida last year. That was 11 percent higher than 2012, and tourism leaders want to snag a good portion of those visitors this year.
