The buzz is growing over the Palm Beach Outlets as the February 14th opening nears.

Ads for the outlets are popping up on billboards throughout the county.  Developers are expecting that shopping center to bring in tourists from miles away and while construction crews continue to build, the first phase of stores are already starting to hire workers.

The outlet mall, which is going up in place of the old Palm Beach Mall on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, is expected to bring in about 250 construction jobs over two years and then 1,500 permanent jobs once it opens.

A job fair for the Palm Beach Outlets is being held January 9th at Northwood University in West Palm Beach.
